Coordinate internal and external lab communications, manage the Collaborative Robotics Lab's social media and website, and support outreach through content covering research milestones and partnerships. Provide project coordination support for industry-partnered initiatives, assist with events and expos, and liaise with external collaborators and industry partners.

Developing self-modulating robotic systems that perceive context and dynamically adjust their social presence in human-robot interactions, spanning context sensing, attention regulation, and presence modulation.

Projects: Dialog Axiata Star Points, Visitor Management System, Red Cross Disaster Rescue App. Trained BA interns, reviewed current and future state systems, gathered requirements through client workshops, documented functional requirement specifications, and acted as scrum master and stakeholder liaison.

Projects included Ncell Axiata Gifting Platform MVP II, Dialog Axiata Distribution Management System, Share Credit, USSD Revamp, RapideZ Voucher Management System, Robi Mithra, Ncell Axiata Social Distribution, MyADL, and Ncell Payment Gateway. Evaluated business processes, gathered and documented requirements, and managed stakeholders as scrum master.
